I have an account with elegant resorts but can't use the app at all because it doesn't recognise my email so I can't even see whether the apps good or not!!!
Anyone help?

The APP proved really handy on my trip to Paris. Referring to a previous reviewer you can only login to the App with a password they send you with your booking details.
