Take 5 to ten minutes to see live data. Worked much better before updating. 
I recommend using a different app to view your electrical data. This app sucks

New update is appalling, it’s nothing but a facelift that removes all the useful and detailed features.

Detailed statistics are no longer available, you can no longer see your usage throughout the day on a graph. Only a full sum.

This app promised to be an upgrade/improvement on their old version/platform, but instead it has stripped a lot of the useful features and fundamentals which home owners found helpful and given us nothing but an ugly sci-fi looking dark piece of sadness.

Really sad to see.

However, the detailed charts and statistics have not been removed​ — they are now located under Home → scroll down → Data Analysis. There you can view daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly graphs showing generation, consumption, grid import/export, and battery activity. You can also tap on individual data points for more detail.
If you dislike the dark theme, you can switch to light mode​ in My → System → Theme Appearance. We are listening and will continue improving.

Overall experience is good. Would be better if: 1. It would be helpful to show the battery's kW alongside the percentage. The previous app version handled this much better, no need to calculate the kw manually. 2. Enhancement Request: When using Time‑Of‑Day mode, it would be great to set a maximum charge limit for the battery. Currently, the maximum charge limit cannot be adjusted from the inverter setting. Users must go through Device → Inverter → Cloud icon → Remote Setting → Battery 1 off grid charge limit, then repeat for Battery 2. Can integrate the maximum charge limit function in the TOU mode when setting the charge rate, times, days plus the maximum charging limit. The Fox app's TOU implementation is more streamlined.

1. Battery kW display: The energy flow diagram already shows battery power (kW). Could you please specify which screen/view​ you'd like to see the kW value on? A screenshot would be very helpful so we can identify the exact location.

since i update to this new version, my wifi keep showing offline, and i tried all the way to reconnect, all failed. I leave message and tried call the service line, i thought nothing would happen because there is kinda of no response.
However, the company send a tech guy today to my house and fix the problem. I am happy, good response to the customer and excellent service. Good job, SAJ and your team.

**Developer response:** Sorry for the trouble. After the update, if your device shows offline and normal Wi-Fi reconnect fails, please try:
Go to bottom navigation → Service → Bluetooth​ → connect to your inverter/DTU → open Network Configuration​ → re-enter your Wi-Fi SSID and password → save.
If it still doesn't come online, please contact support@saj-electric.com.au​ with your inverter SN and a screenshot of the error, so the regional team can assist you directly.

Depois que eu atualizei o meu app não consigo me conectar ao meu inversor, não estou conseguindo vê o meu consumo.

O app poderia atualizar e nos permitir utilizar um filtro de intervalo entre datas, temos que somar manualmente para poder tirar dúvidas da geração para os clientes, o que demanda tempo demais! Um simples ajuste de filtro resolveria muito fácil! A concorrência já está fazendo isso, é bom se atualizar também!

The latest versions has unfortunately been a step back.  I read other reviews, and realised some people struggling to log in, may not have the correct region (International for Australia).  Some issues though: 1) In the new version, I unfortunately do not see an option any more to zoom in on a graph to a specific time of day, that was very useful and a feature I used often.  2) It is not possible any more to view a graph in Landscape mode on the phone, you cannot change the rotation.  Combined with the previous issue, it is now less useful.  3) Enhancement request: When selecting Time-Of-Day, it would be great to set a limit on how far to charge the battery, in other words only import from grid if battery is below 80%.

Update (16 Jul 2026):
Great response from the developers, who addressed each point above.  1 and 2 completely fixed / resolved.  On the 3 point, they recommended a way to limit the battery charging capacity. As far as I can see though, this is for both charging from Solar as well as from the grid.  I need to limit it only when charging from the grid based on a Time -Of-Use setting.
