First time I tried to use it they put on hold my transaction and were asking me for more personal bank details on the very first time I used. I tried to call nobody answer the phone, emailed never got any response. Finally after 2 days of calling they answered, canceled my transaction and it’s been days and they haven’t return my money. WORSE SERVICE EVER STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY NEW UPDATE It’s been more than 2 weeks and this company haven’t refund my money. I have to report them with my bank and open a claim and investigation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE .Peor servicio de envíos NO USEN ESTE SERVICIO. No me han regresado mi dinero después de 4 semanas la gente de servicio al cliente son incapaces de responder preguntas y menos de ayudar. Si les pudiera dar menos calificación lo haría. Llamo a atención al cliente y no contestan ; envío correos y no veo respuesta, yo solo quiero el reembolso de mi transacción y no volver a usar la app ### 1/5 — The worst app *2024-01-17* After I created an account and everything I transferred money then they called me asking me to send a picture of my ID and to take a selfie holding my ID, I was like what are you really serious? I have never seen a company asking for this type of verification.
