An impossible task as there are check boxes that you need to agree to that are hidden under the keyboard. No scrolling is available and no option to hide keyboard. I’m using an iPad. You need an SD card to record but I don’t understand how the camera can connect to the app through the internet at all times but cannot store video within the app as opposed to needing the SD card. Really good quality video though and we can pop in and see what our pets are up to while we’re at work! ### 4/5 — I like it but could be more versatile. *2023-08-28, version 5.1.1* I have 9 cameras on your app. When I first started, I could not find an option to edit the location names, instead, the app gave me pre oriented names with no editing options at that stage. I felt forced to pick something that wasn’t correct to go on. I also made a second family, but did realize it meant a second address or property. So now I have 2 families for the same place and cannot find a delete button for what I created. I eventually found a screen where I could edit all the pre selection names. I deleted your preselected names and added several of my own fir all the exterior views my cameras would go. During the set up process, some cameras made it to different locations than the pre selections I had to make during set up. I was able to change the camera number to a name in each cameras setting, but not the original pre selected names. I’d like more editing options to make each cameras titile and location delete options clear to find also. As far as set up was concerned. I had a problem setting up the first camera when the SIM was not clicked in. I bought a data plan when the light was flashing red. I was directed to that data plan, but later when I correctly inputted the SIM, the camera would not operate without purchasing a second data plan. Now I don’t know how to cancel the first plan. Also, there was no instruction in the app to explain that every camera needs to be added twice, once with the red light flashing to purchase the data plan, then, before it will show up, after the data plan purchase, it must be added again and wait a while until the bing and the blue light starts flashing with the audio “waiting to connect” then the prompts do lead to the QR code and the camera connects. The lack of the need to add a camera twice was really confounding. Also needing to cancel the extra data plan, hoping that will be simple. I now have all my cameras mounted and connected. They have beautiful, clear bright video, good sound, easy almost two-way radio when needed. Very cool. I love the 350 degree rotation and the easy mounting features. Nice cameras all around other than a little work on more intuitive app instructions. ### 4/5 — Good but meh *2022-12-16, version 4.5.4* The camera is good .
