## What is Element PT Connect?

As a personal training client, you’re paying for results, and Element PT Connect keeps you and your trainer perfectly aligned to achieve your goals.

If your trainer is an Element PT user they can invite you to collaborate with them via this app.  Please note that this app will not work without an invitation from an Element PT user.

With Element PT Connect you and your trainer can:

- Work from the same calendar and task list so you never miss a session, workout, or fitness test. No more confusion or uncertainty about what needs to be done and when.

- Receive workouts from your trainer, so you know what to do on your own. Trainer notes and exercise details ensure you never forget any instructions.

You’ve invested in personal training, and your relationship with your trainer is a key factor in achieving your goals. Stay on track with the Element PT Connect app!
