Our classes have the vitality, freshness and naturalness of live, as they are conducted from my physical school in Gran Canaria, with more students like you. They are much more than individual classes, it is a whole program aimed at increasing your health and personal growth. You will be able to communicate with me to clarify your doubts and share with other students. You will have tools to measure your progress and follow your evolution. You will be able to use it on any of your devices. MODULES INCLUDED: "Hatha yoga in modules": to work progressively, legs, joints, balances, twists, chest openings, hip openings and holistically. "Awakening practices" and "Yoga Express": short practices to awaken the body and prepare the mind for any time of the day. "Yin yoga": series of gentle practices that go through the 5 elements. "Pilates 10": challenge of ten progressive Pilates sessions. "The journey of meditation": to learn to meditate, step by step, from scratch. "The Breathing Journey": guided program that will take you on a journey through the universe of breathing with a pack of very practical resources. "Relaxation": contains a series of guided dynamic relaxations that promote your rest. "The Study Classroom": A program designed for your evolution, which includes contents such as the "Asana Laboratory", "The Essentials" and the "Seeds", spiritual stories, with a practical guide for reflection, aimed at your personal development. And some surprises that we won't reveal to you. LEVELS: Classes range from beginner to intermediate levels, although I recommend hatha yoga classes for people who are familiar with physical activity.
