Two elements go in. Something new comes out. Drop Earth and Fire together and you get Lava. Put that Lava in water and you get Stone. Keep going and the tree opens out — metal you can forge into blades and machines, a seed you can grow into a forest, and further still to comets, spacecraft and wonders. There are 88 elements to find. The first seven take a minute. The rest take a while. TWO WAYS TO PLAY Journey — 29 levels, no clock. Each level asks for three things and hands you the pieces to make them. Take as long as you like. Blitz — sixty seconds. How many can you discover before the timer runs out? Your best run goes to the leaderboard. THE COMPENDIUM Everything you have ever discovered, in one place, sorted by family. It also shows what you are close to: elements you already hold the ingredients for are lit up, so there is always an obvious next thing to try. BUILT FOR EXPERIMENTING Nothing punishes a wrong guess. A pair that does not combine just shakes its head and gives the pieces back, so trying things is free. Hints are there when a level has you stuck, and they point at what that level is actually asking for rather than at whatever you happened not to have seen yet. Ads are optional.
