### 1/5 — Please Fix Net Worth Overview

I really enjoy this app but the net worth overview function has been broken now for over a month. You used to be able to scroll over the net worth summary and see financial numbers across time and now it only displays a line with no finance numbers. I miss this feature and would love to have this back.

I find it odd it says there are 47 ratings but only like 6-7 are viewable. Hiding something?

I found the product to be underwhelming to use with clients. There were multiple technical issues that were explained away as being a start up and would be fixed. And over the course of a year some were but others weren’t. 

The exit process is like canceling internet. You can’t just cancel you need to talk to someone that is going to try to retain you.

Unfortunately this software is not well developed. When I asked to end my contract early because I didn’t feel that that contract was being upheld for what I was promised by the salesman I was told that would not be possible and have not heard back from the company.

For some reason, the app is taking much longer to load the Home Screen.  When the new interface was launched is when I noticed it.  Love the app, but would love to have the old speed back.

This tool has transformed worrying clients into retirees enjoying their lives and allows lightening fast value-delivery to clients in all categories. Most importantly, it helps clients understand, quickly, how important accurate spending data is. I was a fan from the beginning and it has only gotten better.

I have been using Elements with clients for over a year and a half now. My clients are significantly more engaged compared to when I was using traditional financial planning software (clients don’t really care about our Monte Carlo simulations). 

If you’re looking to level up your client experience, you NEED to check out Elements.
