В службу поддержки оперативно не написать. Переводы корявые и непонятные. Работал сначала хорошо , пришлось подняпрячься чтоб сообразить и в какой-то момент начал выдавать ошибку. Das Hilfesystem fragt auf Deutsch, antwortet auf Englisch. Das Erklärvideo ist dann komplett auf Chinesisch. Der Kundendienst hat nicht geantwortet.
