But after looking through the app I seen that they have only put their old games on there, so I cancelled my subscription straight away but still got charged. Very disappointing. ### 1/5 — Hasn’t been working *2023-02-02* Download and paid for the year and it hasn’t been loading at all I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, waiting and trying later, waiting days and it still will not load it won’t show any games I keep hitting refresh and the same error message pops up.. waste of 20$ for the year membership I loved playing elephant games and was excited for a free game and discounted games seeing how all the games are 6.99 that adds up if you like these types of games.. so disappointing! ### 1/5 — Really poor app *2023-01-19, version 1.0.5* I’ve been buying and playing Elephant Games hidden object mysteries for a while so thought I would use the hub app. Bad decision. Twice now I have paid for a game only to find the purchase hasn’t registered. I’ve tried contacting them but have not had a reply. And annoyingly the hub app loads in portrait but the games load in landscape and most of the time won’t load to full screen so don’t work. Really wish I hadn’t bothered. Elephant Games you owe me £11.98! ### 1/5 — WASTE OF MONEY *2023-01-16* Spent $5 on this and the APP WILL NOT EVEN CONNECT TO SERVER SO I CANT PLAY THE GAMES I BOUGHT. I BOUGHT TWO GAMES it’s not my Wi-Fi everything else works fine I want a refund of the over $10 I’ve spent. Buyer beware, if you try to contact them, it’ll take 3 months for a response. ### 1/5 — The same Free game *2023-01-16* I paid for a year - so word to the wise - don’t! Got a free game a few months ago and that same game is the free one for this month!! So this is a huge rip-off for members. These developers can’t be that inept. It has to be intentional and they are only out for the money. ### 1/5 — Do not waste your money! *2023-01-07, version 1.0.5* Still not working since October 7, I paid for a whole year, my emails and messages are either ignored or I’m told it’s being “looked into”. No free game for January, still shows December game, chat and club features, that I paid for, are still not functional. The app is a disaster, sometimes it won’t load for days, then when I can load a game, it’s half the screen and can’t be played at all. Ridiculous. I think I’m going to have to reach out to apple and see if they can do anything or give me a refund. The same thing happens when I click on support however it will allow me to try out games but pay more to unlock. What is the point of a subscription if it gains you nothing? ### 1/5 — Purchase problems *2022-09-29* So I bought two games in the Detectives United series through the Hub app with no problem. Went to purchase #3 and I got charged but the game never unlocked. Thankfully, I was able to request and receive a refund for the charge from Apple, but now I don’t trust the app to unlock the games for me. Going to have to purchase games directly through App Store, but I liked the concept of having the games just load up through the Hub. Refreshing does not work. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. Have now cancelled subscription,which is a shame as I enjoy your games. ### 1/5 — 9 months later, still a rip off *2023-06-12* I was told back in September, the app is still new, they’re working on it, no one has responded to me in over 2 months. The app doesn’t work, I’ve been unable to open games, no free games for the last 2 months, (not that it matters since the games don’t load) the app hasn’t changed or improved, nothings functioning, chat, support, nothing. It’s like they abandon it, no customer support at all. So glad I paid for a whole year, please, don’t even think of giving them a penny, you’ll regret it!!! **Developer response:** Hello Marilou!
