I was trying to get a Loaner Car this weekend and they had a System Maintenance scheduled on a Saturday all day long. I was NOT able to get help from a live representative or able to access to my IDCard!! What would you do if you get pulled over and unable to pull up your Insurance information? because these idiots scheduled a all day long System Maintenance! We drive everyday, we should be able to access to our own Vehicle Insurance IDCard anytime!!! They barely update the app or address issues and nobody can respond to help solve the issue.
