It says functioning will improve if I update. I was trying to get a Loaner Car this weekend and they had a System Maintenance scheduled on a Saturday all day long. I was NOT able to get help from a live representative or able to access to my IDCard!! What would you do if you get pulled over and unable to pull up your Insurance information? because these idiots scheduled a all day long System Maintenance! We drive everyday, we should be able to access to our own Vehicle Insurance IDCard anytime!!! The app gives an option for it, but every time I click it it crashes the app and logs me out. They have done at least 2 updates since then and NONE has fixed the issue. They barely update the app or address issues and nobody can respond to help solve the issue. This app saves me so much time by quickly doing things myself instead of having to call in and speak to someone. You literally can’t beat adding a new vehicle to your insurance in under 5 minutes!
