ELEVATE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Elevate offers a 7-day free trial as well as a basic free version. To access the free version, tap the X in the upper left-hand corner after you sign up for an account.

If you choose to subscribe, you will be charged a yearly subscription fee according to your country. The subscription fee will be shown in the app before you complete the payment. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term, unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the term. Subscription renewals cost the same as the original subscription, and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.

You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time after purchase by going to your iTunes Account Settings. Refunds will not be given for any unused portion of the term.

I really enjoyed using this app last year. It made me feel more confident in my speaking, writing, and word retrieval. But, I didn’t renew it for the second year because I didn’t wanna pay for it. However, as time went on, I felt myself getting dumber and dumber and less articulate. So, I just re-downloaded it today and I feel like I’m sculpting my brain in a way that it very much needed.

Lots of fun games here, but the pricing is absolutely insane! I’d be willing to pay a one time fee to unlock everything, but the subscription model offered here is extremely predatory. And if you want to play for free you’ll end up spending twice as much time watching ads for games that are being falsely advertised. Don’t bother with this one.

I signed up for a free trial.  I went to cancel it in subscriptions and because it is still “free” it doesn’t show up in my Apple subscriptions.  Elevate states I have to go to Apple and open subscriptions and delete it there. It’s not there. I can’t delete it if it isn’t there.  For all intents and purposes, this is a scam.

Every morning i start my day with Elevate. I enjoy the puzzles, the games and love the challenges. I really like the game #comprehension# but it needs more stories. It’s becoming boring since the same stories are recycled.

My son downloaded elevate and was charged unexpectedly. The subscription and pricing were not made clear enough, and trying to cancel and request a refund has been frustrating. An app should make recurring charges completely obvious before taking payment, especially when a young person is using it. I would not recommend Elevate based on this experience.
