Vision and mission- Through Mission "ELEVATE", ANUVIBHA is passionate about building a "DRUG-FREE SOCIETY” Understanding Anuvrat: Anuvrat refers to taking small, manageable vows that guide our actions and decisions. These atomic vows are designed to be simple yet powerful, helping individuals develop strong willpower and determination. Importance of Anuvrat: Cultivates Deep Determination: We build inner strength and resolve by committing to small, consistent vows. Promotes Self-Discipline Drug prevention programs often incorporate mental health education, as substance abuse is frequently linked to untreated mental health issues. Addressing the root causes can prevent individuals from self-medicating with drugs, ultimately leading to better mental health outcomes. Fostering resilience and emotional coping strategies through prevention programs helps individuals, particularly youth, develop skills to handle stress without turning to substances. By collaborating with communities and individuals from diverse backgrounds, we aim to empower today’s young generation to cultivate their inner strength.
