Because of this, the app will ask you to grant read and write access to your nutrients and workouts data. Pleasant atmosphere at both locations (Dewitt and Liverpool) and is warm, friendly and well maintained. The trainers-Patty my own trainer, and personal favorite, kicks my butt in the best way-she respects where I am in my fitness level and still pushes me to improve. We even discuss nutrition. All the trainers are phenomenal!!! Educated in body health and fitness and are so understanding and positive!!! The club is spacious and clean-thanks to Caroline-and organized-from the main weight room, tennis courts, pool, step machines, treadmills, tvs, climbers stationary bikes and a track. Free weights in main room as well as a weight room in back. Pickleball too! The pool is available for lap swim and has a wonderful Aqua Fit class twice a week. Such fun music AND instructor Becky! Don’t forget the classes too! Yoga, Kickboxing, Aerobics, Spin class, Zumba. Such a class act! The 3 gyms I went to before combined can’t match the quality of ELEVATE. I got my husband to join.
