Use this app all the time for hunting and work, now all of a sudden it has completely stopped working…any fix in sight?

A very annoying program.  While it mostly functions eventually, it is quite filled with glitches.  For example, after paying the subscription, I’ve found it necessary to delete app from phone then download app again and login again just to get phone out of “ freeze” mode.    I personally am of the opinion, given the operational challenges of the program, a daily subscription charge of perhaps $.99 may be more appropriate than the current rate of $7.50.

No longer can view latest sales on mobile, constantly having to redownload to fix issues.

I have to regularly delete the app and reinstall. Can someone please update this or sell it to someone who will? Hope my county government isn’t paying Schneider GeoSpatial for this.

I use the web browser version of this GIS frequently, and while it has issues, it (typically) works and provides necessary information. My experience with this app is that you select a county, log in the first time you use it, and then it goes to that county’s map every time thereafter. However there is no information there. I can toggle the satellite layer off and on. But that is literally the extent of it. I cannot click parcels, a search returns no results. What is the goal with this? Why do you provide an app that has literally zero functionality?

I use this app a lot when responding on fire/ems runs and I often have to completely uninstall the app and reinstall it because it gets stuck on the blue dot loading screen. It’s a shame that counties pay for this service and this is the quality of app provided.

I have to use this for work all the time and it’s really difficult because I’ll type in an address and it will show up as nonexistent then I’ll type in the property owners name and it shows. It’s not accurate and very difficult to use. Ugh.

Hello, I have been using Elevate Parcel for a while now, but today it stopped working. I restarted my device, check my Internet connection by opening other apps then I uninstalled and reinstalled Elevate Parcel, but it still only goes to the page where you are, asked to Select your county. Please advise on what to do. I need a Elevate Parcel for my work. Thank you in advance. Mike.

This parcel viewing app is intuitive and really helps our Town have the ability to view and research parcel data. It has aerial photography from multiple years, zoning information and many other layers to help manage properties in municipalities.

Love this app, find that I refer to it quite a bit! My only wish is that every county was onboard and available to view, but I understand that it may take some of the smaller counties some time to catch up to today’s technology. I did like being able to sign in as a guest when it was eGis, although registering my email wasn’t a big deal to me. Thanks for the great app!

I have been using this app for quite a few years now, and have found it to be an amazingly useful tool. From checking out properties while house hunting, to filling out parcel information for Grant County Health Department applications, I have always found the app to be easy to use. Even if I don’t know the address of the property I am looking for, I can fly over the area on the map and locate it from above, then touch the property on my screen to bring up the listing info. From there, Grant County gives access to a range of helpful property information, including purchase and tax history, property features, etc. I can usually look up a wealth of property info within about a minute. The only reason I am currently giving this review 5 stars is because every time I open it now, it’s taking me to a screen that offers me the option to download the app (even though I’ve had it downloaded for years), and when I click “download”, it takes me to the App Store, which already shows me the app is downloaded, and offers me an “open” button. Not sure why this is happening all of the sudden, but I suspect it’s related to the last iPhone update. However, once I open the app through the App Store, it functions normally. I’m very grateful for this app.
