### 5/5 — Saved me £200 a month in nutrition coaching and made tracking so so simple

This feels Premium and most elite app in this category. I’ve struggled with my wight for years and tried so many different diets and calorie tracking apps. Most of them just made me log numbers. This one helped me understand what to eat and how to stay consistent every day. The Nova AI coach has been my favorite feature - I can ask questions about meals, macros or what I should eat when I’m unsure, it really gives me helpful guidance. I don’t pay 200 a month to my nutrition coach for superficial consultations anymore.

I’ve tried a lot of calorie and fitness apps, but this one feels completely different. Instead of just logging numbers it helps you understand what to eat and how to stay consistent . The macro guidance and insights are super helpful, and the NOVA AI coach is amazing for quick questions about nutrition and habits - it feels like having a coach in your pocket. The design is beautiful and really easy to use too. If you’ve been frustrated with typical calorie trackers, this app is definitely worth checking out.
