That being said the call features are hit or miss depending on cell signal. The AI chat bot is nice for quick assistance too but don’t ask it too many questions in a row or it will get confused. It says to enable network permissions, except that the app does not show up in network permissions. It drops calls, very undependable. Call quality, user interface, and texting. Texts don’t got through until hours later. Calls sound like you’re in a tunnel when they actually work. If I turn it to cellular, the call is better but then there’s no point in the app, because it comes from/to my Verizon phone number which defeats the purpose of the app. ### 1/5 — Call Recording *2026-03-05, version 2.37.0* This doesn’t work in this version of the app as described, access code is #9 to start and stop , there should bee a toggle switch on the screen. Everyday. I saw that an update was available and updated the app. It pulled over my personal contact list and immediately my friends started contacting me about spam they received about a loan that was available for my company. When I needed to I could login check work email and make work calls/texts. It will not let me log in now. I’ve tried all the tricks - nothing works. Sometimes we have a hard time getting our phones to stop ringing, even though we’ve already taken the call. Elevate itself is very glitchy! It has a spot to block callers but it doesn’t really block that number.
