Sent multiple emails to see how to proceed getting the issue remedied. No one ever returned any emails, zero communication. I had to initiate an exchange and I still haven’t received my product. I will be reporting for fraud on my card, as these products are NOT cheap and I refuse to lose $65 over this. Absolutely ridiculous, especially for a faith based company?! Honestly I’d give zero stars if I could, and most likely will not be purchasing anything again. ### 1/5 — Cute clothes - for double the price. *2025-09-21, version 13.0.6* I really like the concept of Elevated Faith and the idea of sharing faith through clothing and accessories. However, I can’t get past the pricing. The products are nice, but they’re marked up like a high-end fashion brand, which feels contradictory for a company built on the word and love of God. Faith-based products shouldn’t feel like a cash grab. I was excited at first, but left disappointed that the focus seems more on profit than purpose. ### 1/5 — Terrible!!!!! *2019-06-10* I orders a packet of stickers 3 months ago never received them and was told it was because my payment didn’t get processed even though the money got taken out of my account. Now once a month I am getting money taken out from that same order and have yet to receive ANYTHING. And yes I have checked I have bank statements saying that money if being taken out and now they don’t even have any contact information for me to be able to fix this problem or at least keep this from happening every month!!! I have not received a thing yet have paid for it THREE DIFFERENT TIMES!!!! I’m outraged and I’m even more outraged that they have absolutely nowhere on any of there stuff that gives me a phone number to call for customer service. All I have the opportunity to do it send an email which I have done every time! And I have heard NOTHING BACK!!!
