## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.5.8 — 2026-09-07

YOUR HOME SCREEN, YOUR WAY
Home can now be laid out four ways. Simple keeps one calm screen. Nutrition puts your food first. Training puts your workout first. Everything keeps the full dashboard. Pick one when you set up, and change it any time from the button at the top of Home.

CALORIES, STEPS AND READINESS AT A GLANCE
Three rings sit at the top of Home. The calorie ring now draws protein, carbs and fat as three coloured arcs inside it, so you can read your macros without leaving the screen. Tap it to open Fuel.

ADD FOOD IN ONE TAP
A new Add Food button sits beside Start Workout. Snap a photo, search the catalogue, or scan a barcode.

YOUR MEALS STAY WHERE YOU PUT THEM
Fixed: food logged at breakfast or lunch could reappear under dinner after an update or a reinstall. The app now records which meal each item belongs to, so it comes back exactly where you logged it.

MORE FOOD, WITH PICTURES
More dishes show their own photo in the diary and in search, and the eating-out catalogue covers far more of the menu than before.

BETTER ARABIC
Cleaner Arabic typography across all four Home views, with numbers and units that stay the right way round.

COACHING
Your coach can now send you a PDF in chat. Photos and PDFs open full screen, zoom, and can be saved or shared.

And a long list of smaller fixes.

### 2.5.7 — 2026-08-31

Real restaurant calories in Survival Mode. The restaurant list was rebuilt from nothing: 84 restaurants and 10,398 dishes, every calorie read off the nutrition the restaurant itself publishes — none of it estimated. Where a number was never published, we leave it empty instead of inventing one.

Dishes in Arabic, the way the menu writes them. More than three thousand dishes now show the Arabic name printed on the restaurant's own Arabic menu.

Your day now starts at midnight. Until now the app rolled your day over at 3 AM, which is why step counts could disagree with Apple Health. Your day now matches your iPhone and Watch exactly — and if you live late, Profile > Preferences > Day starts turns 3 AM back on.

Plus a sweep of fixes across the rest of the app.

### 2.5.6 — 2026-08-28

Sharper calories from a photo

• Measure your plate once — the AI then sizes every home meal against your real dinnerware instead of a guess.
• On iPhones with a depth sensor, the camera measures how tall your food is piled, so a heaped plate is no longer read as a flat one.
• Set or change your plate straight from the meal screen, or switch it off for a single scan when you are eating out.

Also in this update

• The rest timer now lives on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island — tap it to jump straight back to your set.
• Late-night meals land on the right day: the diary rolls over at 3 AM instead of midnight.
• A reminder before a free trial converts, and a one-tap way to manage your subscription.
• A clearer prompt when you log the first weight for a new exercise.
• Fixes across Arabic text, steps history, weekly reports and coach-assigned programs.

### 2.5.5 — 2026-08-13

——————————

Meal photos read your plate better.

• When you correct a weight, the app remembers how far off it was for that food and applies it the next time you photograph it. It also counts food the way you eat it — a banana after the peel, a thigh off the bone.

• Tap any ingredient in a photographed meal to change its weight or remove it — the calories follow.

• The meal results page was rebuilt: your photo stays full-screen, and the calories read at a glance.

• A clock runs while you train, and keeps time while the phone is in your pocket.

• Start your day: a short card on Home — how you recovered, when you're training, and your usual first meal.

• A short game for the rest between sets. It never opens on its own — tap PLAY if you want it, and you can turn it off in your profile.

• Type, spacing, colour and button improvements, plus an Arabic pass of its own.

### 2.5.2 — 2026-08-03

Snap a meal and the photo itself becomes the result — every ingredient named where it sits, with its own calories. Pull up for the totals, the macros and the weight, or to change anything before it goes in your diary.

• Share any meal to your story as a 9:16 card, ingredients and totals included.

• We now count what a photo can't show: the oil a curry was fried in, the butter on the rice. Real calories, kept in their own folder so nothing points at something invisible. Packaged food is read straight off the wrapper.

• Every scan — meals, the gym, a menu, a label — now frames exactly what your iPhone camera would: upright, uncropped, full width.

• Weekly figures reset every Monday and monthly figures on the 1st, so a number always means the period you're actually looking at.

• Drop the weight for an injury or a hard day and your target stays on screen instead of vanishing — it keeps asking for the next rep or the next kilo from wherever you are now.
