## What is ElevateWorkoutLog?

ElevateWorkoutLog is a fast, private workout tracker built for lifters and anyone who wants to log strength training, cardio, or any exercise without the bloat.

Track sets, reps, and weight for every exercise. Organize workouts by muscle group or training day. See your progress over time with built-in charts that show personal records and trends.

Supports bodyweight exercises, cardio tracking (time, distance, calories), and custom categories. Share workout summaries with friends. Syncs with Apple Health so your sessions show up alongside data from Oura, Garmin, and other fitness devices.

Your data stays on your device. No account required. No ads. No subscriptions.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 3.0.5 — 2026-07-12

Changed the ability to update the Rest days to 15 days in case of injury forcing a rest of a couple of weeks.

### 3.0.4 — 2026-07-03

What's New in 3.0.4
• Your daily backup now saves to iCloud Drive automatically — find it anytime in Files → iCloud Drive → WorkoutLog.
• Setting up a new iPhone? WorkoutLog now spots your latest iCloud backup and restores your workouts, history, and progress in one tap. No more exporting files by hand.
• Your companion is now a proper lifting coach — the dog and plant perk up when you lift and tell you honestly when it's been too long, instead of talking about walks.
• Under-the-hood speed-ups: History, Progress charts, and the Today screen are snappier, with less battery use while browsing.

### 3.0.3 — 2026-06-23

• Live heart rate is now front and center on Apple Watch — a much larger BPM readout that follows you through your whole workout: the exercise list, inside each exercise, and the set editor.
• Finer weight dial on Apple Watch — the digital crown now steps in smaller increments, so machine weights and half-pound jumps are easy to reach.
• Timed holds like planks and wall sits now start a fresh timer for every set.
• Fixed the digital crown not grabbing focus in the watch set editor.

### 3.0.1 — 2026-06-22

Faster set logging: your working weight now carries forward as you go. Enter it on your first set and it flows to the next — on iPhone and Apple Watch — so you're not re-typing the same number every set.

Plus a tidier Today screen and minor polish.

### 3.0 — 2026-06-21

WorkoutLog is now a complete native rebuild — faster, smoother, and more capable:
  • Native app (no more web shell) with a refreshed design
  • Apple Watch app — start and log workouts from your wrist, with a live rest timer
  • Rest timer on your Lock Screen & Dynamic Island
  • Per-exercise progress charts
  • A companion that reacts to your training streak
  • Apple Health — your strength workouts count, with heart rate & calories from Apple Watch / Oura
Your existing workouts and history carry over automatically.
