Drag across any chart to explore your training data point by point — the card updates live with stats for that moment. Workout detail now includes heart rate zones, pace, cadence, power curve, decoupling, and more. Cycling gets speed and pacing cards. Share sheets gain a new banner layout and colour palettes.
