## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 32 — 2026-11-06

What’s new in version 1.27:

• Apple Watch app: technicians see the day’s breakdowns and visits on the watch and tap “I’ll take it”, “On my way” and “I’m here” from the wrist. It signs in automatically from the iPhone.
• Payment receipts by email: when a customer emails a transfer receipt, the deposit is recorded in Bank automatically. When the same transaction arrives from the bank, it is matched instead of counted twice.
• Record a payment from a customer’s message in one tap, with the amount and invoices filled in.
• Property-management allocations: a management office’s single deposit is split automatically across the buildings it pays for.
• More accurate collection cards: overdue now counts only invoices older than 30 days.
• Cleaner invoice PDF, with the amount due and the payment method clearly shown.
• Fixes and performance improvements.

### 1.22 — 2026-10-19

A big update with everything added since 1.14:

SPARE-PARTS SHOP
- New business type: Service company, Shop or Both, switchable with one tap.
- Sales counter: scan with a USB scanner, the camera or a phone linked to the PC, per-customer discount, receipt / invoice / delivery note in seconds, cash, card or on credit.
- Invoice delivery notes: one invoice for all of a customer's notes of the month.

DOCUMENTS
- Delivery note, return note, invoice-delivery note, simplified invoice and standalone credit note, sent to myDATA.
- Unit of measure per line, loading/delivery details and signatures on the PDF.

INVENTORY
- Supplier purchase orders with PDF and sending, receiving with average cost.
- Reorder suggestions, stocktake by scanning, multiple warehouses, barcode labels, price-list import from Excel.

SCHEDULE & ROUTES
- Each elevator always goes to its assigned technician.
- Geographically compact days within working hours, starting from your base.
- Day route with traffic: detects wrong map locations, keeps elevators in the same building together, realistic travel times and "Move to next day" for what doesn't fit.

TECHNICIANS
- Voice charging: "charge photocell 120 € at …" opens pre-filled.
- Loud alarm for entrapments and urgent breakdowns.

OFFICE
- Company email @elevatormatrix.com: supplier invoices, bank statements and inspection reports are filed automatically.
- Accountant role: download a period's documents and expenses in one tap.
- Bank: split one deposit across many customers.
- List of all work reports with filters.
- New "Data check" screen: finds wrong locations, impossible routes, duplicate visits and customers without a VAT number.
