## What is Elevatr?

Create daily, weekly, and monthly goals and check in each day to record your progress. This structured approach, involving regular check-ins on your progress, facilitates habit formation and positive lifestyle changes. 

For example, a daily goal might be to drink eight glasses of water, a weekly goal could be to exercise for at least 150 minutes, and a monthly goal might be to read one book.  Regular check-ins allow you to identify areas where you excel and areas needing improvement, fostering a cycle of self-reflection and growth, helping you stay on track and build lasting healthy habits.
