I’ve mostly been using it to rework my own ideas rather than just generate random songs. Being able to upload parts, remix sections, add layers, and take a track into a completely different direction is the bit that got me. It lets you do things that are normally just too slow or annoying to try in a traditional DAW. It takes time to make something great and I’m usually only keeping one section or one idea from what it gives me, but that’s still enough. It helps when you’re stuck and it makes it way easier to experiment without overcommitting. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Für Offlinearchive ungeeignet *2026-08-28* Da ich mit der selbst erstellten Musik ein offline Archiv erstelle, in dem ich zum Beispiel wie ein Bilderbuch Geschichten erzähle, die dann als Musikalbum ganz ähnlich wie von einem großen deutschen Sänger erstellt werden enttäuscht es mich sehr, dass ich nur zehn Downloads habe. Ich finde nirgendwo eine Option, um MP3 down zu laden. Wenn der Download ginge, wäre es eine super App und würde von mir auch Sterne bekommen. Da ich den Downloads aber nicht finde ist die App für mich somit komplett ungeeignet. But this app really upset me and wasted my time. It ignores the audios I am uploading as reference, it ignores the prompts I am giving it and even the lyrics is wrong afterwards. And on top of that I need to restart the app every minute since it’s bugging. On references, we’re actively exposing parameters which will let you have more control over how audio references are used by our music model which will give you more reliable results. Unfortunately, my last request for a humorous country song about throwing an enemy out a window in frustration triggered an unexpected TOS violation and my account got suspended. There is no support link and I get no response from a comment link. ### 1/5 — Style data is missing *2026-05-19* I am unable to create a track in the free trial because I get a message saying that the style data is missing. I can’t get the same degree of control over my audio that I can get with Suno. This is a shame because the vocals sound more natural than Suno and I want to experiment to see if I was going to subscribe to this platform. I decided to login via the web and nothing I’ve created in ElevenMusic by ElevenLabs was there even though I used the same account to login. Any chance of using the trial on the computer therefore is moot. A bit frustrating because it looks like it ought to be a really professional platform.
