Elevra OS brings the office and jobsite together in one organized workspace for construction and remodeling teams. KNOW WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION Start with scheduled work, unfinished overdue steps, and relevant follow-ups. Open the linked milestone or job directly, review the details, and confirm the result. Navigation never marks work complete. CAPTURE WHILE YOU WORK Use Capture for job photos, receipts, and notes. Attach them to a job or keep unassigned captures in Inbox for later organization. Saving a receipt does not approve or record an expense. CHOOSE FIELD OR OFFICE Use focused phone navigation on site and a fuller workspace on desktop or iPad. Switch Field and Office layouts while keeping access to the same authorized records and secondary tools. KEEP THE CUSTOMER AND JOB CONNECTED Manage customers, estimates, jobs, milestones, materials, trade partners, invoices, and job costs. Keep notes, photos, documents, and change orders with the work they belong to. PREPARE PERMITS STEP BY STEP Organize permit documents, follow project checklists, and track preparation, review, and approval. Requirements depend on the project and jurisdiction; a checklist is not a guarantee of county approval. COORDINATE THE SCHEDULE Use Agenda, Week, and Month views for appointments, deliveries, inspections, and milestone-related work. Keep project milestones distinct from the events that lead up to them. STAY CONNECTED WITH CUSTOMERS Share selected project information through a customer portal and keep customer messages connected to the job. Internal planning information stays separate from deliberately shared updates and files. GET HELP FROM ATLAS Ask questions about saved work, organize incoming information, and review prepared suggestions. Atlas supports the team; people review and approve changes and consequential actions. Designed for iPhone and iPad, with native photo and document selection, selected-contact import, voice tools, and protected workspace access. A sample-company preview lets you explore without accessing real customer records. An authorized workspace account is required for live company data. An internet connection is required for live records and online services. ## Key features - Jobsite organization - Field data capture - Customer management - Permit preparation - Schedule coordination - Customer portal ## Is Elevra OS safe?
