I have ordered my prescriptions twice this week and the last order I was supposed to receive it between 6-8pm. Until today I have not received it. Very disappointing customer service from the pharmacy next yo Mivida (golden Square)
When they tried to call me they called nearly midnight with no respect for people that wake up at 5am to go to work.

تجربه سيئة للغاية ،طلبت أوردر ل الحصري اكتوبر ودفعت اونلاين ،الاوردر اتاخر فوق ال ٥ ساعات ،كلمت خدمة العملاء اكثر من ٤ مرات وفي كل مره يبلغوني انهم هيتواصلوا معايا حالا ومفيش اي جديد بيحصل. لا انصح التعامل مع البرنامج على الاطلاق بعد اللي حصل معايا ،مكنتش اتمنى اكتب التعليق دة ولكن ان مريض ينتظر العلاج كل المدة دي أمر غير طبيعي اطلاقا.

ودفعت ١٩٥ بالتيبس

المنتجات المتوفرة على الابلكيشن بعضها لايكون متوفر بالصيدلية حتى مواعيد التوصيل غير حقيقية اخترت اول مرة وقت الظهيرة تم الاتصال وابلغنى ان المندوب لايأتى قبل الساعة ٤ عصرا🙄 ثانى مرة التوصيل من ٤ الى ٦ حتى بعد الساعة ٧ لم يتم التوصيل وارسلت شكوى تم الاتصال بى بعدها بفترة وابلاغى ان الاوردر سيسلم الساعة ١١ ليلا وليس كل المنتجات متوفرة😤

عندى ٧٠ سنة، طلبت أدوية من تطبيق صيدلية العزبي الساعة ٧ ونص مساءً لأنها الصيدلية المسؤولة عن صرف أدوية التأمين الصحي، ودلوقتي بقينا ١ صباحًا ولسه الدواء ماوصلش!
تواصلنا مع خدمة العملاء أكتر من ٤ مرات، وكل مرة وعد إن الفرع هيتواصل خلال ١٠ دقايق لكن مفيش أي متابعة أو اتصال.
خدمة سيئة جدًا، خصوصًا لما يكون الموضوع متعلق بمريض وكبير في السن.

Seriously every time I try to open the app since I downloaded it the loading page appears and then the application crashes I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it again and the same issue is still there . I don’t know what bugs are you guys fixing when I can’t even open the application for 5 seconds before it crashes!!!!!!
