Had high hopes for this one ### 1/5 — Bought credits and it didn’t work. *2025-12-25, version 3.1* I used the free credit, plus the additional three credits I bought for $5.99 and each time I attempted to generate the Santa template video, the video would begin to load then just disappear off my screen. Her eyes also look kinda weird. Idk I think it was kinda lopsided. Idk lol but Now she’s Screaming so I gotta Go. Purchase amount was successfully taken from my account, credits never came. Restored purchase, ‘click here if your credits aren’t showing’, etc etc. Never came. No way of contacting the app either, the message section is a scam. On top of that, I couldn’t access the parent portal due to a program glitch. Customer service was incredibly frustrating—despite providing proof of purchase after requesting a refund, I was given the runaround, and they even claimed 3 emails in that the app “wasn’t theirs,” despite the matching name, logo, and contact info I pulled from the billing. The experience felt shady and left me irritated. Not worth the money.
