The banking experience is very clustered. This new design is so poor it genuinely has made me start to switch over to SoFi just to have a more information rich experience. It takes so many clicks to get anything done. Bring a new revamp or the old app back.

support is easy to access, and app features work pretty flawlessly. i’ve used this app to mobil deposit checks every week for years now and it has never given me an issue.
