Now you can order, pay and manage your LPG with our updated Elgas EasyApp™. It’s a convenient easy-to-use app and it’s FREE from the Apple Store. While all of the pages of our web site are already fully compatible with mobiles and tablets, we know that many people just prefer the convenience of having an app on their smartphone. So, we’ve built an app that provides quick and easy access to the most commonly used pages including: - Online Orders - Online Payments - Checking Delivery Status - Review account balance and other retails - Elgas branch locator map tool - Online appliance store - Quick access to FAQs - Full access to the entire web site with hundreds of pages of mobile compatible content Please note that much of the functionality is native to the website. This provides increased security and privacy. But this app is really letting them down. Doesn’t remember logins or enable saved passwords or passkeys. If you hit the wrong button (which is easy to do) you get logged out and have to start again. ### 1/5 — Furbabies *2026-05-03* I hate the new app. You need to put your email in then you need to put your email in again with your password….worst app I ever have come across ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2026-01-06* Don’t waste your time downloading. The ordering function just doesn’t work and I’m told by staff that it relies on “someone” manually checking and processing. The Call Centre is shocking….NZ AFTERHOURS - has no idea what happens in the local arena- disconnected arrangement Deliveries are not on time and shoot out different arrangements to drop gas rather than to suit Customer - this app is terrible as well. Doesn’t hold any information. I’ve tried logging in 9 times today to pay my balance and I’ve had issues that prevent me from logging in. Calling customer service and they say schedule system changed and that info not put into the app until a week or two before your next delivery “they assume”. It’s a gas delivery service - and their app doesn’t tell us the next delivery eta? ### 1/5 — App is a dud *2023-06-29* This would have to be the worst app I use. It doesn’t remember log in details, every time I go to a different page in the app I have to log in. Sometimes I then get directed to where I wanted to go, other times I get sent back to the front page and go on a merry go round. Credit card details are not up to date but won’t let me update them meaning I have to enter them every time I use it.
