If they don’t properly support their products in the US, they shouldn’t sell them here. ### 1/5 — Literally unusable *2026-04-07, version 3.1.3* This app is useless. My Elica ceiling hood isn’t even listed as an option and when I try choosing a similar one, nothing happens. Did the developers actually test this after they created the app? ### 1/5 — Imbarazzante *2025-11-15, version 3.1.1* Da un paio di giorni l’app è completamente bloccata: compare il simbolo di caricamento che continua a girare e, successivamente, viene richiesta l’accettazione dei termini e condizioni. Anche selezionando il flag e cliccando su “Iniziamo”, non accade nulla. Al momento è impossibile riprendere il controllo della cappa. Alcune funzionalità, come Airmatic, risultano attivabili solo tramite app (come indicato nel manuale), ma ora non sono più accessibili.
