Once I completed the service I contacted support and it did t help abuse there was a problem with direct deposit. Then at some point they deleted my ride history and there is no record of my completed jobs. ### 1/5 — Cold liers *2026-06-27* I honestly don’t understand why these people make you believe that they are professional they make you take a test and interview you through zoom they’re all nice at the beginning then they create your account with lots of trouble after that they will add you to a WhatsApp group which no one ever answers. If you have a question nobody is there to answer and if you do get an answer it’s at night time and if you are sleeping, you’re missing the chat if you’re trying to communicate with one of the group admin, they don’t even follow up with you. They’re just ignore you. They saw your chat message. The they ignore you how am I supposed to work with people? If I am on my own trying to figure this out there is no phone number to communicate for IT support this is a total scam. Please don’t work for these people. Don’t waste your time and energy. Don’t believe in fake smiles. That’s the devil in person. ### 1/5 — Chinese company *2026-05-25* This company does not supply commercial insurance to drivers as uber and Lyft do. If you get into an accident,it will be you the driver that will get sued and probably go to jail or prison. They are not authorized to pickup at airports or Port Canaveral or any cruise terminals. You must have your own million dollars insurance and register as a commercial operator with the city you are working out of. I know of a bunch of drivers that got arrested at the airport for not having commercial insurance and the license from the city. When you drive uber or Lyft you are using their commercial insurance and license when the app is on. Elife wants you to wait one out from the time the airplane lands, take all kinds of pictures and gps locations where you are waiting all that for $21 to $30 tops, then travel 20-30 miles to drop off some scum bag cheap hitchhiker. Only a muerto De hambre Venezuelan or Columbian will do that. ### 1/5 — This company is scam *2026-05-14* They let you work and don’t pay scam Alert ### 1/5 — THIEVES *2026-04-10* This “company” are professional thieves closed my account and denied me access to be able to see the status of my pending payments since you make trips but they pay you long after you do them and sometimes they do not pay you and end up charging you for supposed delays, they still owe me money from trips I made and they did not pay me and now I do not have access to be able to see if they will pay me or not, I recommend not working for this company!
