Quick, easy to filter, perfect for at home. A whole section of workouts for if you are traveling/don’t have dumbells. She walks you through workouts and modifies for all levels. This is where it’s at! Plus Elise is on Instagram too! What a positive and motivating instructor! Worth the money!
