Користуюся Elite Taxi вже понад 20 років — і це завжди про надійність, комфорт і бездоганний сервіс. Швидко, спокійно, без зайвих слів і комунікацій, з приємною музикою та дуже охайними, вихованими водіями.

Нещодавно сталася справді фантастична історія. Я загубила рукавички й не могла точно згадати, чи залишила їх у машині протягом дня, чи десь ще. Я звернулася до диспетчера — водій перевірив авто, але спочатку нічого не знайшли. Я вже попрощалася зі своїми рукавичками.

І раптом через два дні — важливий момент: у мене немає українського номера — мені зателефонували у WhatsApp з українського номера. Виявилося, що диспетчер знайшла спосіб зі мною зв’язатися, щоб повідомити: рукавички знайшли. Як з’ясувалося, я забула їх в іншій машині на іншому маршруті. Більше того — мені запропонували передати річ Новою поштою.

Хочу окремо щиро подякувати водієві Симбірьову Володимиру — за уважність, відповідальність і справжнє бажання допомогти повернути загублену річ. А також диспетчеру Вікторії, яка змогла знайти мене через месенджер і довести цю історію до щасливого фіналу.

Це неймовірний рівень сервісу і приклад того, як має працювати справді елітна служба таксі. 💛
