This app has helped me stick to a routine & stay disciplined. My weekly check ins with Leon are amazing as he comes across perfectly by explaining when I need to change a few things & he is very easy to work with. I highly recommend this app to all beginners & advanced humans wanting to improve their life 🙌🪩
