WORST FITNESS APP TO DATE. The woman that was ” coaching” me is extremely unprofessional , very high ego, and impossible to deal with. She acts like a high school girl. when I was explaining why the app maybe didn’t work for me she was saying things like, “I don’t deal with average “ 
While I was explaining. She was also saying if you want that skinny fat look that’s fine extremely rude and unprofessional. I simply told her that the diet plan she put me on did not work for me, I was extremely tired and did not have energy in the day, my new trainer has told me that diet was completely unsustainable. And towards the end of our conversation she’s said “ facts are facts doll” in no professional place should this ever be said. Never EVER use this app. Don’t waste your money and time with this platform.

This app is great to book in classes on the go! Great/tough classes but really enjoyable too at the same time! Make sure you cancel your classes on time (24hr) though otherwise you will be charged! Come and try it out 👍👍

The app is easy peasy and makes booking in quick and simple 👌🏻 The place itself is my second home, amazing facility 🙌🏻
Circuits, boxing classes, spinning, gym, cardio area, hypertrophy, the options are endless 💪🏼
