Cod needs to step their game up and fix this. To me it seems very unprofessional that they would be advertising something when it is not legit coming from a very legitimate company… ### 1/5 — Useless *2022-11-25, version 1.4* I’m glad there was a very nice advertisement on their homepage regarding them giving this to us for free. Because, this is absolutely useless! It took a couple tries for the code to be sent to me and I finally got to the next step. Now I get a page refresh icon in the middle of the page and I can’t register or create a pro profile. Now I’m just stuck there. App re-opens login page any time an object on the app’s homepage is selected, therefore rendering the app useless. Cox promised to make me “Become unstoppable” by downloading the application and “ leading my team to victory” by reducing the lag that stands in my way of winning, which is currently impossible due to the fact that the app is broken and has been for at least 5 months… when the last update to the app actually took place. Cox customers please download the app and review so that there is at least more than three reviews. ### 1/5 — Absolute trash *2022-04-09, version 1.3* Was having internet issues and contacted cox. Was told about this app and that i would greatly be able to boost my gaming connections, the only problem is that app reloads everytime you try to look at a different page so you go back to the log in screen even tho remember me is checked. Sign in and boom back to the home page. Click any tab at the bottom and your taken back to the log in page. This app is about as worthless as my call to cox when i was having my original issues. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App is Broken (Cox Communications “gaming service”) *2023-02-19, version 1.6* I’m paying extra per month for a service I cannot utilize without the app. As soon as you log in for the first time, you are required to choose a gamer profile before doing anything. The gamer profile selection page is completely broken, therefore I cannot use the app whatsoever. Everyone please do NOT use this service.
