## What is Elite Hockey Drills?

Elite Hockey Drills builds your complete off-ice training program — personalized to your age, level, position, and weekly schedule — and coaches you through every session, rep by rep.

Tell the app when you skate, when you play, and what equipment you have. It builds a season-aware plan around your real life: explosive power and speed work when you're fresh, strength when it fits, recovery when your body needs it. Game tomorrow? Your session adapts. Missed a day? The plan adjusts instead of punishing you.

WHAT YOU GET
• A personalized multi-week training block — not a random workout generator
• Sessions built from proven off-ice methods: power, strength, speed, conditioning, and mobility in the right order
• Exercise video demonstrations for clean technique
• Game-day preparation protocols
• Progress tracking: streaks, session history, and strength baselines
• Weekly structure that respects your ice time — train hard without burning out

BUILT FOR REAL PLAYERS
Youth, junior, rec league, or pro tryout prep — the program scales to your age and training experience. Younger athletes get age-appropriate work with the loading kept honest.

TRAIN WITH INTENT
Every session explains why it looks the way it does — what today's work targets and how it fits your season. No junk volume. No guesswork.

SUBSCRIPTION
Elite Hockey Drills Premium is a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. The annual plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
