I had to call other minicab to go where I wanted to go. WASTED MY 12 pound I called elite and told them the complaint and they said I am sorry this is what adres you gave us I said no, so he said hold on for second and the phone shutted So I called again and I said I was speaking to the guy and she transferred the phone with I guessed but the phone shutted again I do t recommend this minicab poor customer service and there drivers tooo 😡😡😡😡 ### 1/5 — Smh😡 *2018-02-07, version 11.10.1* The slowest taxi service ever ### 5/5 — Disappointed *2023-10-29, version 34.0.23* I have used this taxi firm for years. I use the app to book my arrival and return trips. Sometimes I book return trips well in advance because I might have bad WiFi connection. After 12 midnight things get a little crazy. The return trip is usually late on arrival. I get a notification from the app saying that “due to high demand your taxi is running late”. I would rather have this happen before my appointed time. When I question this I am told that I should have phoned to make sure I can get a taxi. 😜🤪 What’s the point of the app if I have to phone them? ### 5/5 — Best local company! *2023-10-26, version 34.0.23* Cannot fault the service I have had from this company. From day 1 when I found them by accident after getting let down by my usual company. I rang them very very early morning, nowhere else had any drivers and Mick I think his name is was brilliant. Really friendly and stopped me worrying and dispatched a car and kept me informed. After telling me, dont worry we will get you there in time!! Which they did. All of the drivers I have had have been really helpful and friendly and the staff on the phone are great too. The app is easy to use and they update you with driver on the way and arrival times which is great when you have to get somewhere for a specific time.
