UNCOOKED PIZZA!!!! MAC N CHEESE IS BASICALLY CHESE SOUP WITH DOUGH INSIDE!!! ### 1/5 — Elite *2023-08-04* A good place ### 1/5 — Billing through app *2023-03-20* Horrible! No place to actually SEE your itemized bill. No way to contact anyone in person to discuss anything on bill. ALOT of errors in the billing system. Everyone- keep a close eye on your bill!!! ### 1/5 — Incomplete when released *2023-02-14* The app is not complete in that you can’t book certain services the same way you could through their website. By way of example, you can’t see what lane you will get if you make a reservation to swim. You just have to take what is automatically assigned and then email the club to get it changed. Extremely frustrating and inefficient. ### 2/5 — Inefficient for booking childcare *2023-06-02* Due to the nature of infants having less time in the playroom (90 min v. 120) I’m forced to make several reservations when I want to put my older children in also. Because their ages have been input, this is inefficient. Additionally, to book for “drop and shop” you’re automatically charged even though you get one free drop off/month. Another frustration is my husband and I cannot both be logged in at once despite having different user names. Other than the childcare issues and the sign-out on multiple phones, the app is fine. ### 2/5 — Elite *2023-02-28* Works OK for tennis. Would like to be able select my court or change my court because I organize a group that takes two courts on Sunday morning. I can only reserve one court and I need a buddy to reserve the second court. Before the app we reserved two courts next to each other at the desk but now we never have courts together. Another issue is sometimes the Face ID sign in appears and other times it doesn’t. Not being able to reserve a court or change courts or add players at the front desk makes Elite more difficult to navigate and less customer friendly. ### 4/5 — Needs Apple Wallet Feature *2024-01-04* Works as expected but it would be absolutely wonderful to have the option to add the member card to digital wallets for faster access!! ### 5/5 — Worth it for the family *2024-01-28* I would not be able to workout or even take a moment to breathe without the help at kids care. Not to mention all the indoor options for winter/bad weather times. The Quad at RG and all the pools at the locations are a live saver. Would love if we could save our member card into the apple wallet.
