Users access and record workouts designed specifically for them.  As users workout they record personal data. Teams using this system track individual progress in relation to their team and club comparing statistics through detailed system reports. Athletes receive nutrition advice from the same Nutritionists that guide today's pro athletes. This athlete development portal puts coaches, athletes and administration into one common developmental hub.
