Takes athlete development to a new level. Finally a training APP that links trainers, coach's and nutritionists to the athlete.

Recently been looking into getting more buff vs. lean. Needed a good tracker for me to visualize my progress as looking in the mirror doesn't cut it. Tried a few apps but this one I've been happy with. Keep training fellow athletes 🙌
