## What is Elite Valet?

Elite Valet makes valet parking simple.
- Show your arrival code when you hand over your car, or use the ticket the valet gives you.
- Ask for your car when you are ready. See who is bringing it and how long it should take.
- Ask for something from your car, such as your phone or a bag.
- Pay by cash or card where the company offers it, and get your receipt.
- See your visits, rewards and messages with the valet company.
- Available in English, Arabic, French and Spanish.

Your account is protected with a code sent to your phone or email, and you can add a 4-number app PIN or use your fingerprint or face to open the app. You can ask for your data or delete your account at any time, in the app or on our website.

Elite Valet is a technology platform only. The valet company named on your ticket provides the valet service and is responsible for it.
