## What is Elite Work?

Elite Work helps care agencies and facility teams coordinate non-medical care staffing with more clarity and speed.

The app gives employer users a dedicated workspace to manage schedules, monitor open shifts, review caregiver applications, respond to call-outs, track operational priorities and communicate with care teams.

Key features include:

• Employer sign in and agency setup
• Operations dashboard for open shifts, assigned shifts, applications and call-outs
• Coverage Copilot for urgent staffing gaps
• Schedule visibility for upcoming care assignments
• Caregiver application review
• Secure employer and caregiver communication
• Employer profile with agency information
• Payroll integration readiness for providers such as Gusto, ADP and QuickBooks
• Privacy and support access

Elite Work is designed for care organizations that need dependable staffing coordination, clear follow-through and better visibility across daily operations.

This app is for employer and agency administrator use only. Caregivers should use the separate Elite Care app.
