Can’t pair the scale with the app.

Terrible app and/or product. Had to download and reinstall it twice. Very laggy. And when it finally kinda work, it didn’t! The weight was off by 7lbs! What a waste, really wanted to like this product and app.

App doesn’t even work. Can’t change kg to lb and doesn’t register any weight. It’s useless.

The app is preloaded with some information for the Refrigeration Equipment and refrigerants in its tables.  However, if try to add a refrigerant or equipment, type it in, click OK, the app fails to record save it in the app.  

Additionally, despite selecting the language ENglish, the button titles for “cancel” are misspelled.  

If you use Bluetooth to pair with a scale, you cannot delete or remove previously registered scales. In a large company you could have dozens of scales on each Technician’s tablet.  While the app will sync with the scale being used, it is preferable to be able to delete scales from the app.
