I also have it on my iwatch and it tells you it has executed an action with a blue tick that appears. Why do I have to “reconnect” around 3-4 times before it connects? Consistently says “Failure to connect” or “Unhealthy Connection” yet when it does finally connect it works fine! Almost at a point of deleting app as seems like its a waste of time. ### 1/5 — Basic functionality works, but lacks practical features *2024-04-02* Some of the very basic features offered by this app (and supported systems) work as expected well, such as being able to arm/disarm, and check the current status of sensors, however it is generally lacking in features that are common in other security apps (even those that don’t require subscriptions, such as EufySecurity) Suggested features: * per-mode notifications: the most critically lacking feature in this app is that it does not support having different notification configs for different modes (e.g., armed/disarmed/stay). For example, if I enable notifications for a gate sensor, it’s ALWAYS going to notify me, regardless of whether the system is armed/disarmed. * geofencing automation: it would be great if the app would allow the system to be armed/disarmed based on the users location - or better yet, based on whether ANY users are are users are still present at the sites location. I would also like to be able to enable/disable notifications based on my location too. For example, if I am away from home and do not want to arm the system, I would still like to receive notifications of any sensors triggered (I.e., as a “silent alarm”) * sensor history: although it is possible to view the history of when/who armed/disarmed the system, it does not seem to be able to provide logs of when each sensor has been triggered. This would be useful for retrospectively understanding any movement through multiple zones at the time of an incident. ### 1/5 — Connection issues *2024-03-28, version 1.4.7* Downloaded the app and connected to our panel with MAC address and serial number but in the app just shows connection unhealthy. Even though i can bring up history etc just can’t control the alarm ### 1/5 — Warning! Scam company *2024-02-08, version 1.4.7* If you purchase this app you have been scammed and wasted your money! They do not support their app, you can never rely on the system so you will always have your backup keys close by. Endless support requests went nowhere. Just go find something else. This app and company should be removed from the app store. Their AAP hardware is so low grade I think a rock is better. I’ve found the support from AAP to be very good, the new app is great.
