A full year later, we haven’t been able to book a single night. Every time we try, we’re told there’s no availability—no matter the date, no matter how far in advance we ask. That’s if they even respond. Most of the time, emails and calls go completely unanswered. It’s become clear that this membership is just a bait-and-switch tactic to collect fees with no intention of delivering the promised value. Extremely disappointing and dishonest. Completely scammed, I’ve had the membership for 8 months now and we haven’t been able to use one time. ### 1/5 — Not what it looks like *2024-09-28, version 3.2.5* The program makes it difficult to use the benefits (all pool and beach access has to be booked in advance and some hotels are not available for 2-3 weeks out) and benefits are limited (for example, you can access the hotel venue but the venue won’t let you use the kids club even though guests visiting through other programs do have the full access). This is not disclosed in the heavy sales pitches. Program manager Raymond is combative and not helpful. A lot of hidden T&C and too many promises when selling membership that they don’t deliver. The quality of the hotels and restaurants is embarrassing. This will be my last year.
