## What is Elivia?

Elivia is the nutrition and weight tracking app that fits your life — not the other way around.

Whether you want to lose weight, maintain your shape, or simply understand what you eat, Elivia gives you the right tools to move forward, at your own pace.

BARCODE SCANNER & FOOD LIBRARY
Scan any product's barcode and get its full nutritional values instantly, powered by Open Food Facts — the world's largest collaborative food database. Add foods manually, create your own composite meals, and find them again with a single tap.

DAILY MACRO TRACKING
See your calories, protein, carbs, and fat intake in real time. The macro rings on the dashboard give you an immediate snapshot of how your day is going nutritionally.

WEIGHT JOURNAL
Log your weight as often as you like and watch your progress on the interactive chart. The graph adapts automatically to your data — whether you have 3 entries or 300, it stays clean and readable.

PERSONALIZED GOALS
Enter your profile (age, weight, height, sex, activity level) and let Elivia calculate your ideal daily intake. Prefer to set your own targets? Enter your macros manually — no problem.

ORGANIZED MEALS
Every food item is linked to a meal moment: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Snack. Your daily log is automatically grouped so you can see exactly what you ate and when.

YOUR UNITS, YOUR CHOICE
Kilograms or pounds, grams or ounces — Elivia adapts to your preferences. All data is stored in metric and converted on the fly for display.

BEAUTIFUL DESIGN
Clean interface, automatic light/dark mode, smooth animations. Elivia is built to be a pleasure to use every single day — not just the first week.

TOTAL PRIVACY
No account required. Your data stays on your iPhone, stored locally with SwiftData. Zero tracking, zero ads.

—
Elivia is available in French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese.
