I couldn’t even put in my birthday. Not happy at all. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t even remotely work *2020-12-26, version 5.3.0* I’ve tried downloading, deleting, and redos load for several months and this app never works. The online portal works decent enough, but the app won’t even log in ever. ### 1/5 — Not for Medicare Clients *2020-12-24, version 5.3.0* I just deleted my original comment. I have learned that it is not intended for Medicare Clients. So my rating is not relevant. One for mail order and one for insurance. One takes your money and one sends prescriptions, if you are lucky. I am a snowbird and changing the address is a challenge too. I hope new CEO straightens things out ### 1/5 — APP does not work *2019-06-30, version 2.1.0* Tried to use the app but does not allow you to sign in using your current credentials. My email, username and password our current in my account on EnvisionRx. The difference between SIRI and the app is SIRI uses username instead of email. Managed to get it ‘working’ by the hardest 100% pure crap. No meaningful support. Good company. Does not recognize email, username, passwords etc. it’s useless but it work on my computer. ### 1/5 — EnvisionRX discriminates against vegetarians (and vegans) *2019-01-19* Even though there is an otherwise actually cheaper alternative EnvisionRX refuses to cover a medication is tablet form and will only cover the version in capsule form which contains animal parts and by parts I’m not referring to eggs or dairy products. I’m referring to actual dead animal ingredients. Makes one wonder on what other ways they choose to discriminate against people. ### 1/5 — Same *2019-01-15* I tried registering on safari first. It didn’t work. I called and got registered. Opened the app and tried signing in and it failed. That app is broken. As the app hasn’t been updated in 2 years I’m guessing EnvisionRx programmer has abandoned it. The absolute worst customer support. ### 1/5 — Bad App Bad Website *2024-08-30* I have sent multiple communications to Elixir about the app and website not working on most occasions. I have never received a response from them and the issue just continues to be a problem. ### 1/5 — slow very very very slow *2024-07-11* this is horrible i don't know how much time was put into this but i'm guessing 5 minutes at most and that's probably generous. i'm guessing someone from kindergarten made this because it's pretty bad . can you tell this app made me angry. just use the desktop you will get what you want way quicker than this app and that's just a fact. ### 1/5 — login still broken 7 years later *2023-12-20* Same creds work fine on the website. Registered fine on PC, app does not recognize those credentials and says invalid Member ID if you try to create in app. Many have this problem and no response from developer. It lists of my current prescriptions with number of days remaining before they can be refilled. I was even able to dial the pharmacy right from the app! Very nice. ### 2/5 — Pc site is not compatible with app *2019-11-25, version 4.0.0* PC program has different signin requirements than app. They are not cross compatible.
