## What is elKanto?

elKanto, the forward-thinking recycling agency, is dedicated to empowering people in transforming waste into valuable resources, using innovative initiatives and community engagement at its core.

Two methods of selling and buying sorted waste ae supported by the application: either through direct sales, or through auctions. Both methods guarantee the commitment of the buyer to purchase the waste. Selling through an auction also provides the seller with the best offer for his waste material.

The different kinds of sorted waste that can be traded over the platform include agricultural waste, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, electric and electronic waste, paper and carton waste, used tires, used plastic, used glass, used oil, waste wood, etc..  

The buying and selling process is carried out easily and with complete transparency, while maintaining the confidentiality of the banking information of the parties dealing with the platform.

Buyers do not pay any fees for using the platform. The platform collects a commission from the seller, after the completion of the sale.
